International Travel Notice
Brylex Tours offers services in many but not all countries. While a large number of countries are offered, some common ones may not be. This list will be updated often and the "as of" date will be indicated below. Please know that should this list change to exclude a nation a current trip is planned to visit, Brylex Tours will reach out to the affected tour participants as soon as possible regarding this change. Some countries have added difficulty to tour in, but are provided by Brylex Tours, these will also be indicated below (these do not include countries which require tourist visas from US citizens).
Countries & Territories where services are not offered:

Changes since last update: Malaysia and Liberia added to the not offered list due to their strict and enforced anti-LGBT legislation.
Countries offered, but have added difficulty touring in:
- Cuba - The United States government prohibits traveling to and from Cuba for reasons consisting solely of "Tourism", other reasons for travel must be given. Brylex Tours does offer tours to Cuba, however must do so through legal means as laid out by the United States government. Main Article from the US Embassy in Cuba
- North Korea - The North Korean government requires that all people visiting their country do so via an established and approved North Korean Governmental Tour Agency and are accompanied by a North Korean guide during the entirety of the stay within the country. The US government also has several restrictions on US citizens visiting North Korea that must be taken into consideration before planning a North Korean tour can commence. North Korea has many laws pertaining to freedom of speech that must be adhered to for legal reasons.
- Turkmenistan - The Turkmen government requires that any visitors to its country are accompanied by a Turkmen guide person during the entirety of their stay within the country. The Turkmen government also has many laws regarding freedom of speech that must be adhered to for legal reasons.
- Other countries might have significantly more complex visa procedures or freedom of speech laws, these will be included in an individual Tour Agreement as they do not constitute enough of a barrier to the tours offered by Brylex Tours to appear in this notice.
